1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Items That Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account


4. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style if available. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.


6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
